What Could Be The Problem If Last Drop Of Pee Hurts?

it stared this morning when I woke up and went to he bathroom, when I pee he last drop of my pee hurts, I have only one partner and I know for a fact that his not sleeping around so I don t think its an s.t.d. can you help and tell me what s the problem?

e symptoms are suggestive of urinary tract infection than sexually transmitted disease.
Get a urine test done for infection. If infection present then antibiotics and anti spasmodic will help.
