What Could Be The Reason For Bleeding After UTI?

Within the last 6 months I've had about 3 UTI's. Soon after they stopped I woke up with blood gushing down my legs. It wasn't period related because a week prior to the bleeding I had just came off. Can anyone explain to me what's happening to my body, please?

It may be severe uti, use antibiotics taxim twice daily for 14 days, will help you, mean while check your blood sugar levels, if they are not in control your uri increse, reply with 5 stars
