What Could Be The Reason For Bloating In Upper Abdomen With No Change In Bowel Movement?
for over a month i have had bloating in my upper abdomen. Some days i have pain with it, but usually just pressure and uncomfortable. I have not had any change in frequency of bowel movements, but Recently i had a couple of stools that have what looks like raw hamburger meat mixed in. I have not had diarrhea or vomiting. And i have not noticed any changes in gas.what could this be?
Bloated abdomen may be due to gastric ulcer, gall bladder calculus etc. You need proper clinical examination and investigations. You need routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Lipid profile, ultrasound of abdomen,Upper GI endoscopy. Treatment depends upon clinical examination and investigation reports. You can take tablet pantoprazole 40 mg half hour before food for six weeks. Get well soon.
