What Could Be The Reason For Constant Diarrhea Along With White Stuff With No Change In Diet?

I have been having diarrhea for a long time now (about a month) and I just went to the bathroom and it felt like I had pooped but it turns out it was just this white stuff that looked kind of like jelly fish so I googled it and it sounded like only dogs have it but I found one girl with the same problem but I just want to make sure I have the right solution. So to tell you again I pooped out white stuff and I'm scared so pls help me. Usually when I fart there is like a little bit of poop that comes out. I have been having diarrhea though. I've been eating the same, drinking the same, am I lactose and tolorant or something? Anyway I will take any advice that you give me, just please help and thank you. Love you lots.
