What Could Be The Reason For Dizziness, Lightheadedness, Heart Racing?

Hi, thank you for help. this is 4 months, i have dizzy, light-head, when im walking, sitting, eating time is worse with hand shake. can it possible bcz of arthritis in neck? my heart also reacting bcz of fear may be or i dont know. i have my blood, thyroid test. all is normal. Thank you again

If normal, you need Neurological consultation / may be MRI & MRA
If no clues still, need a cardiologist – ECHO (Clots), HOLTER (for arrhythmia) and so on…
