What Could Be The Reason For Experiencing A Sharp Pain From My Belly Button?
I am a seventeen-year-old female that is experiencing a sharp pain from my belly button straight down through my "pee hole" (the actual term escapes me at the moment). It is on and off, but it is frequent when I lay down. It hurts enough so that if it lasted continuously I wouldn't be able to function. I think it might be a UTI because I've been diagnosed with such before and never experienced pain or redness while peeing. (The only reason they tested me for it was because I was experiencing a similar discomfort, but not quite as sharp) I am peeing normally, no redness, no pain.
Hi, If I were your treating Doctor for this case of severe pain from your belly button straight down through your "pee hole", I would come up with three possibilities, these include:
1-This kind of pain usually occurs due to Renal Calculusor Bladder Calculus. For this i would suggest you to X-Ray Lower Abdomen (KUB Region) if not clears then USG lower abdomen especially KUB region .
2-You need to drink plenty of water if the Stone less than 5mm then it will go out during urination.
3- Routine Urine Examination is also done.
4-You does not have symptome like burning urination, urine incontinance, fever, nausea, painfull urination.
