What Could Be The Reason For Experiencing High Blood Pressure Around 4pm Daily?

My 92 yr old mother in law has been experiencing extremely high blood blood pressure around 4pm every day.
She is taking Valsartan 80mg bid along with carvedilol 6.25mg bid, and a 0.2 clonidine patch. Her systolic readings range from 168- 200 daily. She just started these meds a weeks ago. I believe that she is not getting enough
coverage for her blood pressure. No one is listening. What do you suggest?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. If the BP is not controlled with all these you should approach your treating doctor. She might need a 24 hour ambulatory BP measurement. After that a diuretic can be added if needed. It should be decided by your doctor according to her conditions like electrolyte level and so on.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
