What Could Be The Reason For Experiencing Pain In My Lower Back And Tummy And Swelling In Arms?

Hi I have been experiencing pain in my lower back and tummy.. it was assumed it was a Bladder infection.. so I was given anit bionics.. then.. it was thought it was BV so I was given gell to insert in to vagina.. along with taking the antibiotics.. then now they have decided to do just the jell I went to the ER 2 weeks ago and they could barly put in the speculum.. my urethia was so swollen.. they gave me iv fluids and my doc put me on the bv gel again.. I called last night after the 7 day regiment they said to take.. and was called in pills for it instead.. yesterday and today I have felt really bad.. and my belly arms legs are all swollen.. I saw my asthma doc today and he says I have pitted edema also.. Im scared it will go in to my kidnes

Thanks for your query.
Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you this there can be multiple causes but most common will be mechanical low back pain in which there is disc degenerstive changes and due to compression of nerves there is radiating pain which comes on and off as and when the nerve is affected .
