What Could Be The Reason For Extreme Irritability, Anger, Short-term Memory, Erectile Dysfunction And Impatience?

My brother is a 68 year old man who shows the following symptoms: extreme irratibility and anger, short memory, errectile disfunction, and impatience. He takes the following medications: lisinopril, tamsulosin, simvastatin, and cialis. Please tell what the problem ah be, my family is growing concerned.
