Hello, I am slightly dizzy and my urine has smelled like fish for the past week or so

hello. Welcome to HCM.
It is important for you to get the following tests:
1. URINE EXAMINATION: Routine and microscopy
2. Culture and antibiotic sensitivity.
In case, you are a female, a PAP smear evaluation (especially) for presence of trichomonads will be helpful as urine contamination by vaginal secretions can also lead to fishy odour.
