Common cold is a viral infection and repeated infections is due to lowered immunity. This can be avoided by following a healthy lifestyle like eating healthy foods and regular exercise.

Hi.. frequent cold are due to allergic symptoms or due to abnormality in the nasal septum.. Avoid allergens and get checked if you have any DNS..
