Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the infection of the gut, intolarence to certain foods, like milk, milkproducts, guluten containing foods, like wheat, and barley.
I advise you toconsult a gastro enterologist for diagnosis and treatment.
i usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms furazolidone, metronidazole, omeprazole, domperidone, and lactic acid bacilli.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to make the gut healthy.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
