What Could Be The Reason For Frequent Passing Out Where The Subject Doesn't Remember Anything?

Long story as child my daughter experenced what we believed at the time was freightmares this I thought was fixed 2 years ago she delt with episode s of passing out
ery much awear of what was going on around her we do EFT this I has been under control however this ffiday she had a bad violent ippisode she didn t remember anything that happened for 4-5 hours she has never been violent

This could be absence seizures which is a type of seizure disorder
Valproate is uaually the drug given for it
