What Could Be The Reason For Having IBS, Distended Belly, Uncontrolled Anger And No Appetite?

Hello,My son is 22 year old with severe IBS -D.He lost his appetite.No appetite at all for 1 year and a half.He thinks he has bone density problem and that he can not gain fat .His belly destended.He has this uncontrolled anger. Any suggestions.Thanks

hi, IBS is a psychosomatic disorder. many patients will have either depression or anxiety. what is the kind of diet he takes? even for diarrhea patients, high fibre is advocated. There are excellent medications for IBS-D, hence i suggest you to consult a gastroenterologist. Hope this helped.
