What Could Be The Reason For Having A Feeling Of Movement Around My Belly Button?

I've been feeling movement around my belly button and I heart beat on the left side of my belly button aswell when laying on my tummy I can feel it I've had my peroid the 1st and 2nd month after having sex I've taken 2 test both came out negtive I don't feel normal
