What Could Be The Reason For Having A Pain In My Lower Back That Moved To The Front Side And Then To My Chest?

four days ago a started having pain in my lower back behind, then it moved to the front side then it moved up to my chest. all in approx. two days. now that pain has dissipated but know I have a acute pain in my lower right side with muscle spasms in that lower abdominal portion. also loss of appetite and very much dearie . thank you for time.

Hi welcome to health care magic forum.
It appears that you have some constitutional symptoms of infection, in your case it is infection of the intestines.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, ranitidine, and dicyclomine hydrochloride.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
