What Could Be The Reason For Having A Pore On My Nose?

I have one pore on my nose, slightly larger than most of the others, that seems to have slightly crusty, white discharges -- the size of a large blackhead -- once or twice a week if I squeeze it really hard. No pain or swelling, and I'm not sure I would even notice it if I weren't fixated on it over the last few weeks. Do you know what could cause this?

Hi,
If possible upload a photo of it with all the features and any other problem if you have like recurrent cold or infection or any allergic manifestation. This will help us in diagnosing your problem. For now use saline nasal drops daily and clean your nose.
