Hi,

It may be prurigo simplex most probably. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. There may be some triggering factors responsible for the disease like insects, dust, grass, soap or else.

Mental upsets like anxiety and depression may also be the precipitating factors. I would recommend you to apply mild steroid cream on the lesions. And take oral steroids in tapering dose with anti-histaminic like cetirizine 10 mg daily.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel, Dermatologist
