What Could Be The Reason For Having A Tingling Feeling In My Hands And Feet?

my hands and feet feel tingly (not like pins and needles) and my fingers feel swollen when they do not look swollen. they are also tender and by afternoon they are very weak. it hurts to drive. My feet also ache a lot and i have a cold sensation in my left leg as if i am sitting in a draft

Hello,

The tingling sensation is related to the nerve. We need to check the blood glucose levels. Also, your hands look swollen but they are not, as this indicates that you have muscle weakness and they look flabby. Changes in sensation are always related to abnormal reactions in the nerve functions and need correction. The nerve may be getting trapped anywhere in the course and with simple general exercise and strengthening exercises, you should go well.

Correction of posture, doing exercises, having more fluids will help you get rid of the symptoms.
