What Could Be The Reason For Having Black And Stinky Stools?

My 3 year old daughter poops everyday but its always blackish and very stinky not like a normal childs poop. sshe drinks chocolate flavored soy milk. i am worried about her

Thanks doc i thot u were helping for free,i dont have that much money. i guess no one will be able to help me.

Hi Dear
Welconme to the HCM,
Black coloured and foul smelling stool directs that the probably the child has contracted some GIT infection. It is advisable to go for the stool culture and accordingly child to be given some relevant antibiotic according to the culture report so that child be releived from this problem.
