What Could Be The Reason For Having Bloating In Stomach While Taking Antibiotics For Chest Infection?

I am SOB, I have sore throat, a cough, a fever and am being sick. The doctor has diagnose me with a chest infection and I am on antibiotics. My worry is my bloated stomach, in two days it has doubled in size and I look about six months pregnant. Any ideas?

Hi,
It might be dyspepsia due to antibiotics. Try taking H2 antagonist like Tab. Ranitidine alongwith prokinetic drug like Tab. Domperidone. Avoid spicy and fried food. Aviod lying down immediately following meals. Take Probiotics to built your gut flora.
