What Could Be The Reason For Having Cough And A Mass Like Area Above My Clavicle?

I noticed a fullness or mass-like area just above my clavicle a few mths ago. Not painful per se, but painful at clavicle, across shoulder and shoulder blade, all on the right side. I have a cough day and night for several mths now, have night sweats but attribute to premenopause.

I feel like you are having chest infection. Also it can be tuberculosis. As You are saying mass at Clavicle, it can be lymph nodes enlargement. I would advice you to get chest x ray. Also do Hb, Cbc, ESR. These all reports will give us confirmation about your diagnosis. Do It as early as possible.
