ENT Specialist 's  Response
Your sore throat & bad breath may be caused by a sinusitis, dental infection or a chest infection. So it is better to meet an ENT Specialist. Most probably you will need x-rays of both sinuses & chest. If you have a Dental problem, then dental check up is also needed.

ENT Specialist Dr. Satvinder Bakshi's  Response
hello

The lump can be a few things!
It can be acid reflux with undigested food particles or it can be undigested food stuck in your tonsils. Please meet your ent doctor for examination and advice as you may need antibiotics for it.
Thanks
