What Could Be The Reason For Having Green Colored Bowel Movement?

Hi sir , I have experience a PURE green poop lately and i havent eaten any green vegetables , i have only eaten 4 pieces of bread ( garlic flavoured ) , rice , noodle (colorless) , egg ( yellow part only ) and also i drink coffee .. what could be the possible cause of my green poop?

Usually, in adults green colored stool is not of big concern. Food eaten is the most common cause. It may also be due to various kind of drugs like iron supplements etc. However, if it persists I suggest to undergo stool examination.
