What Could Be The Reason For Having Headache, Dizziness And Nose Bleeding In Clusters?

hi there. I just got married. Me and wife had our first intercourse which was seemingly painful for her. For some reason, which she never explained, we couldn;t get involved in another intercourse so far. And it's been around two weeks now.
Not having an intercourse is not the problem, but my wife, who is 19, is having continuous headache, dizziness from that day onwards and for the last 4 days has started nosebleeding in clusters.
Any idea what is happening with her. (It is confirmed that she doesn't have a head injury)

I would suggest you to rule out Urinary tract infection which could be causing these symptoms. Urinary tract infection is very common after first sexual intercourse. It can present with non specific symptoms with absence of urinary complaints.
Doing Urine Microscopy examination will rule out urinary infection.
