What Could Be The Reason For Having Itching, Inflammation Of Vagina, Painful Urination. HSV 2 Test Awaited

I have a few sores that flare up occasionally around my anus, in the crack area. I start knowing that it comes up once my butt and thigh muscles start to hurt and become tender. When the sores come up, they only last about 3 days but never scab over. I do begin, however, getting inflammation and itching of the vagina but no painful urination. I shave often and sometimes get cut, but I m not sure that has anything to do with it. I just got tested for HSV 2 and waiting for results. I m scared because I m talking to a guy that I like so much, but he told me he couldn t be with anyone who has herpes, that it scares him too much. I hope this is not the case. I ve never had anal sex but I ve never gotten the sores in my vagina. And they never form in clusters.

Hi . Nothing much to worry about anal fissure which looks to be your problem from the history you provide. Change over to green leafy vegetable and diet with more fibers. Sit in a warm water bath before and after passing stools. You may add a mild laxative to have clear and soft motion. You you continue with this the fissure may not recur. If still not resolved better to consult Surgical Gastroenterologist or a General Surgeon.
