What Could Be The Reason For Having Late Periods, Spotting And Noises From Stomach?
Hi I took 2 tests and both were negative, I was a week late on my period and I m only bleeding a little but and it s a brown color & my stomach is making noises, I didn t actually have sex but we almost did (it was never inside) could I still be pregnant?

Noises from stomach is due to gaseous abdomen after indigestion.
Spotting may occur on cycle date even if pregnancy is present.
Sometime early pregnancy test may show negative result.
Go for urine pregnancy test after 10th day of missing cycle.
You can confirm it by blood hcg level and USG.
If pregnancy is negative than it might be due to hormonal disturbances,stress,diet.
Consult gynecologist for proper diagnosis and medical management.
