What Could Be The Reason For Having Light Headedness And Dizziness After A Laproscopic Hysterectomy?

I am 52 years old, in good health and never had a problem with my blood pressure. I had a laparoscopic hysterectomy 7 weeks ago, and kept my ovaries My six weeks checkup last week turned out fine, but for the last week I have been feeing light-headed and dizzy. What could be wrong, or is anything wrong?
