What Could Be The Reason For Having No Balance, Dizziness And Vomiting?

I woke up and had almost no balance, hard to walk very dizzy. Then felt sick and threw up 2-3 times. I ate a 3-4 day old macdonalds burger from the fridge the night before. No history of anything like this. After a 3 hour nap I m feeling little better, still dizzy not as much tho.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms of dizziness you have particular after woke up could be due to hypotension and it may be associated with hypoglycemia too, still condition need to be ruled out with TIA ( Transient Ischemic Attack) and for that it is better to get done the CT or brain, even look for hypertension, diabetes and if it is there then care need to be taken for them for better controlled, medical it is advisable to take care of this symptoms, it should never be taken as granted, hope this information helps.
