What Could Be The Reason For Having Pain In My Chest?

Hi, it feels like something is poking my heart with something like a straw? it feel likes it is trying to push it through the left side, i occasionally exercise, I also diet.. Could this be something to do with it? Also my chest (female) has been hurting like some one has punched me. Thanks

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of stress and anxiety related symptoms is more.
But better to first rule out cardiac cause for your symptoms.
So get done ecg and 2d echo.
If both are normal then no need to worry for cardiac disease.
You are mostly having stress and anxiety related symptoms. So consult psychiatrist and get done counseling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs too.
So avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm. Don't worry, you will be alright.
