What Could Be The Reason For Having Pain In The LUQ?

I have been having pain in the LUQ for about 2 wks. Sharp, stabbing pain. I had my Colon removed 6 yrs ago, no Ostomy,,multiple other surgeries .5 major surgeries in all...I am always tired and get very weak when doing house work...I have to drink a lot of water because of having no Colon. I sweat a lot when doing cleaning around the house.

I am so sorry to hear about this pain. Looking at the organs present in this area, the kidneys and ureters, spleen, pancreas, transverse colon and part of the liver would need to be carefully evaluated for any abnormality. Pain alone is not very guiding and needs more clues that can be picked up on physical exam and maybe further testing if needed. This could also be related to adhesions from the previous surgeries. For this, see your doctor for evaluation.
