What Could Be The Reason For Having Pain On My Joints, Hands, Neck, Back And Cheek?

I am diagnosed with ra, oa, poly arthritis and finally with unknown disease. The doctors I saw said they don't know exactly what I have. Al what I know that the pain started on my joints and know it is everywhere hands, neck, back sometimes my cheeks. What do you think it can be.

It can be Rheumatoid arthritis or seronegative arthritis. I would recommend following things to you.
1. It will take time to heal. Some drugs may continue for years.
2. Drugs used are HCQ, Methotrexate, sulphosalazine .
3. Methylpredinisolone may be needed if pain is very severe.
4. Avoid very cool temperature, take warm shower per day.
