What Could Be The Reason For Having Pain Under My Breast?

I AM HAVING PAIN ON MY RIGHT SIDE NEAR UNDER MY BREAST, THERE IS A SWELLING IN THE AREA AND WHEN EVER I SQUEEZE THE AREA IT HURTS.I DID XRAYS AND RESULTS CAME BACK POSITIVE.WENT TO SEE A PHYSIOTHERPY SHE GAVE ME SOME EXERCISE BUT THE PAIN SEEMS TO BE GETTING WORST. WHAT COULD MY PROBLEM BE?

Hi and thanks for the query,

I do think in case results are positive, the opinion of an internist or gynecologist will help more. A clinical review to investigate other associated signs and symptoms like swollen lymph nodes, fever, chest pain and cough could be more helpful. It is only excluding other serious conditions that one could resort to physiotherapy. Kind regards
