What Could Be The Reason For Having Stomach Pain, Medium Bowel Movement And Feeling Sleepy?

My 5 yr old daughter fell ill yesterday complaining of her tummy hurting she sleep alot yesterday evening and stayed on the couch much of the evening and night which is very unusual for her and considering santa brought her nrw toys. Then late evening she started running a low grade temp then later on vomited everywhere. She only vomited the one time but continued to fun temp thru night. This morning the temp is gone and she had a med bowl movement which she said was hard for her to get out but she has been constipated lately. She is still complaining of her stomach hurting and wont eat and wont get off the couch she is sleeping a lot and says she is very sleepy. Is this just a stomach bug or something else
