What Could Be The Reason For Having Vomiting, Numbness In Hands, Severe Sweating And Blood In Toilet Paper?

Ok my husband had the urge to use the toilet while doing that was unable to have a bowel movement. Broke out in severe sweats body so hot took off his cloths. Hands became numb. Vomiting happened before any knid of bowel movement. While sit
ting down grabbed a trash can had the urge to vomit while vomiting he could taste fecal matter like brown diarrea while throwing up. When he wiped he had blood in the toilet and on the tissue paper.
