What Could Be The Reason For Having Weight Loss, Itching In Anus, Diarrhea And Frequent Urination?

Well, i am a 16 year old female, and lately i've been experiencing major weight loss, my anus has been itchy for the past few weeks/accompanied by diarrhea, and i have had to pee very frequently in one day. and today, i went to the restroom and it seemed like i pooped blood and mucus?(clear stuff) I know it isnt just my period because i am off of it and not supposed to start any time soon. know what it could be?

I really appreciate your concern, your symptoms are indicative of some intestinal infection and may having worm infestation too, If I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the "Metronidazole" 400 mg twice day for seven days and for the worm infestation "Mebendazole" 100 mg once in day for three days ( the anal itching could be due to pinworm ) this will come around for sure no need to worry have nice day.
