What Could Be The Reason For Having White Color At The Top Of My Vagina?

This last couple months i have noticed the color to my skin at the top of my vagina has turned white. It also seems to irritate more easily and im not sure what is causing it. I don't have any foul odor or abnormal discharge so im not real sure what is going on.
