What Could Be The Reason For Hot Upper Body With Hot And Cold Sensations Throughout The Day?

I am experiencing a hot upper body (head, neck, shoulders, upper back, cold hands and feet! A normally heated room feels cold. I have hot and then cold sensations through out the day. Always uncomfortable!
I have seen many doctors for various tests and taken many medicines to no avail. I am 88 yrs. and reasonably healthy, no ailments. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the query .
These all symptoms may be due to .
1 Thyroid disorder ,diagnosis can be confirmed by blood examination for TST, T4, T 3.
2 Tension ( anxiety) in this age group ( 88 years ) , this is the most common cause . Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical and clinical examination by a psychiatrist.
3 Hypertension as I have noted that due to hypertension few patient complaint feeling of hot and fullness in epigastrium. Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination at the time of these symptoms.
4 Hyper acidity or over eating is the one most common cause .
In my opinion deal accordingly above mentioned .
