What Could Be The Reason For Instant Pain In Chest Area After Drinking Huge Gulp Of Water?

Hi. I m 17. I drank a huge gulp of water, and instNtly, I felt a bad pain in my left chest area. It felt like it was right behind my left rib cage. It was so painful, and I held on to my chest and began to sweat a little. I m fine now, but it still kinda hurts. What do you think it could be?

body parts are soft if you strain anything it will hurt.. so drinking water sometimes hurt normally , but it may be due to GERD also, so avoid oily and spicy food
