im irregular and get pain like if im about to get my period but i dont get it what does it mean

you have not mentioned the site of pain if it is in lower area of abdomen then it is due to constipation or menses problem.but as you told that you are irregular then the cause is menses.you can take kanyalohadi vati tab 2tab 3time for 1mth.
