Hi I fell over pretty hard on my right knee a few weeks ago it is still bruised but when I bend my knee or kneel on it I have the most severe burning pain, any idea what this could be? Thanks!

Hi,
Are you able to flex and extend your knee joint normally. It appears that you must be having a soft tissue injury and probably some joint effusion. You can try taking pain killers for a week and apply a knee cap, and if the pain does not subside you can visit your Orthopaedician.
