What Could Be The Reason For Little Bleeding In A Man After Playing With Dildo?

I was playing with a dildo. About 6.5 to 7 inches insertable length and around 1.75 inches in diameter. I went all the way down on it all the way and when I pulled off of it there was a good bit of blood on the tip and 1 drip on the scrotum of the dildo. I m absolutely terrified to go to the doctor for this. I feel no pain, I keep going to the bathroom to check myself and am pushing to see if more blood comes out, there was light blood the first two times but no more as I keep checking.... What do I do? I am a straight male that is why this is so embarrassing.
