What Could Be The Reason For Long Stringy Substance Handing Down During Urination After Having Sex?

Last night I had sex with my wife but I did not ejactulate and tonight I used the bathroom and when I got done I thought I had to urinate and I looked down and it was a long stringy substance hanging down please help she is the only one I have had sex with in the last 12 years does this mean she has cheated

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed string like substance next day morning while passing urine after having a sex with your wife.

This is nothing but a thick semen that has remained in your urethra overnight which got clotted to form a string.

This is neither any pus nor discharge that you are suspecting it to be,

Do not worry this will get cleared off after drinking more water and passing urine.
