What Could Be The Reason For Lump In Throat And A Gagging Sensation?

This afternoon after lunch I suddenly felt like I had a lump in my throat and a gagging sensation that was causing me to me nauseated? The nausea has subsided but I still feel there is a lump. I once had a swollen uvula from dehydration and thats what it feels like and I just checked my throat and might of spotted 2 white patches. Anything?

Hi.. Mild ulcerations in the throat can appear as the white patches.. You may have developed it during the lunch.. These ulceration will heal spontaneously and may not be of concern.. Avoid hot and spicy diet for faster healing..
