What Could Be The Reason For No Periods For The Last 4 Months When My Pregnancy Test Is Negative ?

i havent had a period for 3 almost 4 months now but i took a pregnancy test AND it came back negative so that cant be it/ what else can it be?

Many reasons for irregular periods like PCOS,cyst,thyroid problems,high prolactin levels etc.You need a doctor's examiantion and some tests done to find the cause.
