Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for writing your query
The suffering may be because of lack of essential vitamins and minerals like vitamin B12, B6, D. Foot may be warm because of associated gout with difficulty in wearing shoes.
So, my advice for you would be take diet rich in calcium, vitamin .You may take cap. Becosule Z to supplement diet. Plenty of fluid and keep the uric acid below 6.
Take care and wish you good health
