What Could Be The Reason For Numbness In The Body Having Lost Control Over His Bowels And Urine?

My son was playing basketball sat down cause he didn't feel well. He began to feel numbness in legs then his hands balled up and he couldn't move them. The paralysis feeling traveled to his neck and he couldn't breath. He also lost control of his bowls and urine

These are quite serious symptoms that need investigating promptly. Your son could have had a seizure. I suggest you see a neurologist for investigation.
