What Could Be The Reason For On And Off Severe Pain In Stoamch With Frequent Soft Stools?

I have been having stomach pain on & off for 2 weeks, and also I am going to the bathroom (moving bowels 3 to 4 times a day) .... I often get sick to my stomach anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours after I eat.... and it causes me to have to run to the bathroom, where I then literally fill the bowl with stools that are very soft (not diarrhea, but soft), at that time I have severe pain to which I am doubled over sitting on toilet. Only the past 3 days has this pain occurred even when I don't eat anything. All I had today was, crackers & tea and I went to bathroom 3 times. The pain is intense and last for about 20 minutes after I go to bathroom. I have no fever. What could it be????

Your symptoms could possibily be due to protozoal infection especially amoebiasis.
Taking Tablet Metronidazole for 7 days will be beneficial

In case the symtms persists would suggest you to see a doctor, to rule out colitis and fissure in ano.
