What Could Be The Reason For Pain At The Back (lower Right)while The Accident Effected The Rib Cage ?

i fell off a car lift 5 1/2 ft onto concrete. i fell flat on my stomach but more on my right side. I was able to hold my head up enough that i only bruised my right lower jaw. I have many bruises. I'm sure i didn't brake anything, however i am having pain and swelling on my right side below my ribcage on the right side. i know this is to be expected considering, however, the thing that concerns me is that the pain and bruised felling seems to be in my back on the lower right side also even though i did not hit this part on the concrete.

General Surgeon 's  Response
HI. Even a trivial injury can cause internal injury and as it is on right lower side , it is better to consult GENERAL SURGEON asap . You may to go for Sonography of abdomen and x-ray chest to start with.
