What Could Be The Reason For Pain In Testicles?

My right testical has been hurting. It feels like the pain is coming from the back part that connects to the testical. I don't know what that area is called. But when I feel the very back of the testical, they feel like tubes or veins. It just hurts more when I put pressure on the right side. Both sides feel the same, but right hurts when I put pressure on it. Could you tell me what this might be?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,Dear ,Good Evening.
Thanks for you query to HCM.This is Dr.Savaskar from India helping you out of your health query.
I studied your query in-depth and understood your health concerns.
-In My opinion the Cause and Treatment -
for your pain in testes-is as follows-
-Cause-OF the testicular pain -is the pressure handling of the vas deferrence with the nuerovascular bundle in SPERMATIC CORD,as these are very sensitive structures of the testes.
Why pain on right side Only in your case?-It could be due to shear coincidence that your right spermatic bundle is having thinned out Cremaster musculature than the left spermatic cord?
-or some inflammatory cause? TB? Urinary Tract infection?with Chronic prostatitis ? due to gonorrheal and other bacterial infection.

-Treatments -
a-Antibiotics with Ornidazole and with anti-inflammatory trial for 10 days with doxycycline 200 mg would rule out the TB,if you get relief.
b-If no relief- I would advise -FNAC of the tender areas in the right spermatic cord-which may fix TB infection of the cord structure and could be treated without surgery -by anti-TB drugs under expert Care from Uro-Surgeon or General Surgeon.
c-Scrotal Supports -till the pain is reduced -for 10-15 days is a must,
d-Rest and elevation-by Trendlenbergs position of the bed -would resolve the oedema causing pain of the spermatic cord and its contents.
-Hope this would help you to plan treatment with your ER Surgeon and other TEAM doctors.
-Wellcome for further queries for this issue to HCM.
Wishing a fast recovery for you.
Have a Good day.
